Creative Authority

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Creative Authority when you use this site or buy something from it.

Effective September 16, 2026

The short version

  • What you buy is licensed to you for your own business. Please don't share, resell, or rebuild it.
  • Everything you create with it belongs to you.
  • If a digital product isn't right for you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions.
  • AI drafts still need your review. Fair housing, license law, and your brokerage's rules remain your responsibility.

1. Agreement

agentslearnai.com and the products sold on it are provided by Matt Goldman, doing business as Creative Authority, in Grand Rapids, Michigan ("Creative Authority," "I," or "me"). By using the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the products.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website and to Creative Authority's digital products, including Voice Foundation, online courses and training, downloads, frameworks, templates, and recorded or live virtual sessions. Custom consulting, brokerage training engagements, and other services with their own written agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these terms.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up or buy, and keep your login to yourself. Your account and your access are for one person. You're responsible for activity that happens under your login.

4. Purchases and pricing

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
  • Payments are processed through the site platform and its payment processors. By buying, you authorize the charge.
  • Promotional or access codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, may be limited to one use, and may expire.
  • Prices and offers may change, but a change never affects something you've already bought.

5. Refunds

If a digital product isn't a fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason. Include the email address you used at checkout so I can find the order.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your license to that product ends and your access is removed. Please uninstall any plugin and delete any downloaded files that came with it. Your own answers and anything you wrote with the product stay yours.

Free products and products obtained with a 100% discount code aren't eligible for a refund, since nothing was charged.

6. Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business, including work you do for your own clients. The course material, interview design, question sequences, frameworks, prompts, skill files, and branded templates remain the property of Creative Authority.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Share your access, or redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish any product or any part of one, modified or not.
  • Use a product's contents to build a competing product, course, training program, coaching offer, or service.
  • Remove or alter copyright or license notices.

If your team or brokerage wants to use a product together, email me and we'll set that up properly.

7. What you create is yours

Your interview answers, your foundation document, your operating prompt, your personalized writing skill, and everything you draft with a Creative Authority product belong to you. I don't claim any ownership of them and don't need a license to them.

8. Third-party tools

Some products run inside AI tools made by other companies. Voice Foundation is available in a version for Claude, made by Anthropic, and a version for ChatGPT and Codex, made by OpenAI. Using either one requires your own account with that company, on whatever plan and terms that company sets, and your use of its tool is governed by your agreement with that company.

Creative Authority doesn't control Anthropic, OpenAI, or their products, and isn't responsible for how they process, store, or retain your conversations. If a provider changes its features, pricing, availability, installation methods, or policies, that may affect how a product works in that tool. I'll do my best to keep both versions current when it happens.

9. Your professional responsibility

Creative Authority provides education and tools. Nothing on this site or in any product is legal, tax, or compliance advice. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant text. You're responsible for reviewing anything you publish or send, and for making sure it follows fair housing law, advertising rules, your state license law, MLS rules, and your brokerage's policies.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or products to break the law, harass or discriminate against anyone, infringe on someone else's rights, or interfere with the site's operation or security. When you use a product inside Claude or ChatGPT, follow that provider's usage policies as well. I can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

11. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Creative Authority disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results depend on your effort, your market, and many factors outside my control, and no specific business outcome is promised.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Creative Authority will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or products. Creative Authority's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against Creative Authority because of content you published or sent, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time. I may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, your license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive after access ends.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and you agree to that venue. Before filing anything, please email me first. Most problems can be solved in a conversation.

16. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don't apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made.
