Privacy Policy
What I collect when you visit, buy, or subscribe, what I do with it, and where your Voice Foundation answers and files actually live.
Effective September 16, 2026
The short version
- I collect your name, email, and purchase details so I can deliver what you bought and stay in touch if you asked me to.
- Card numbers are handled by the payment processor. I never see them.
- Voice Foundation runs inside your own AI account, either Claude from Anthropic or ChatGPT and Codex from OpenAI. That provider handles the conversation under your account and its own privacy policy.
- Your answers, your foundation files, and your personalized writing skill are saved in your own workspace or account. None of it is sent to me.
- I don't sell your personal information.
- Email [email protected] and I'll show you, correct, or delete what I have.
1. Who this covers
This policy covers agentslearnai.com and the products sold on it, including Voice Foundation, online training, downloads, and live sessions. The site and products are run by Matt Goldman, doing business as Creative Authority, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. When this policy says "I" or "Creative Authority," that's who it means.
2. What I collect
Information you give me
- Your name and email address when you sign up, download something, register for a training, or buy.
- Billing details at checkout, such as name, email, and billing address.
- Anything you choose to send me directly, like an email, a form response, or a support question.
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you.
- Cookies set by the site platform to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and measure how pages perform.
- Email engagement, such as whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.
What I don't collect
Full payment card numbers, which go directly to the payment processor. And nothing from inside Voice Foundation, which the next section explains.
3. Voice Foundation: where your answers and files are stored
Voice Foundation comes in two versions. Both are installed into an AI account you already have, and both run the full interview there. Creative Authority does not operate a server for either version, doesn't require an API key, and has no access to your conversations.
Your conversation
The interview is a conversation between you and your AI provider. Anthropic processes it if you use the Claude version. OpenAI processes it if you use the ChatGPT or Codex version. How long that provider keeps your chats, and whether they can be used to improve its models, is set by that provider's privacy policy and by the data controls in your own account settings, not by this policy. Review those settings if that matters to you.
Stored in your folder or your Claude conversation
- If you've connected a folder in the Claude desktop app, your foundation document (
voice_foundation.md) and your branded PDF are written to that folder on your computer. If the PDF engine isn't available, a print-ready web page version is saved there instead. - If no folder is connected, your foundation and operating prompt are shown to you in the conversation and stay with that conversation in your Claude account until you save them somewhere or delete the chat.
- The drafting skill that comes with the plugin is the same for every buyer. It reads your foundation document at the moment you ask it to write, so your personal material never becomes part of the plugin.
Stored in your workspace or your OpenAI account
- When file tools are available, interview progress is saved as a checkpoint in a private
.voice-foundationfolder inside the workspace you're using, so you can pause and resume. - At the end, your deliverables are saved to a
Voice-Foundation-Deliverablesfolder in that same workspace: the PDF, your foundation document, the portable operating instructions, the reviewed source file behind them, and your personalized writing skill as a folder and ZIP file. Each revision gets its own folder, and earlier versions aren't overwritten. - Where that workspace physically lives depends on how you use it. In Codex on your computer, it's a folder on your computer. In ChatGPT, it's the file space ChatGPT provides for your account, which OpenAI hosts.
- Your personalized writing skill is installed only into your own account or your own personal skills folder (for local Codex,
~/.agents/skillson your computer). When you update it, the previous version is kept as a backup beside it. It is never added to the public plugin or shared with anyone. - If file tools aren't available, your progress stays in the chat, and you're given a checkpoint to copy or download so you can carry it into a new session.
What never reaches Creative Authority
Neither version sends your answers, your files, your personalized skill, or usage data to me. There's no tracking built into either one. The PDF and skill builders run inside your own workspace and make no network calls. The only way I see any of this material is if you choose to send it to me, for example when asking for help.
Client information in your examples
The interview asks for real writing and spoken examples, like past client emails or a consultation transcript. Remove client names and personal details before you paste them in. Anything you share becomes part of your conversation with your AI provider and can end up in your saved foundation files.
Deleting it
Because I never hold this material, you delete it where it lives. Remove the files from your folder or workspace, delete the conversations in your AI account, and remove the personalized skill from your skills list or skills folder, including any backup copies. Your AI provider's own deletion rules apply to anything it has stored.
4. How I use the information I do collect
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to your library.
- To send receipts, access instructions, and replies to your questions.
- To send the newsletter and occasional updates about training and products, if you subscribed or bought something. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which pages and offers are useful so I can improve them.
- To prevent fraud, process refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations.
5. Who it's shared with
I don't sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the services that make the business run, and only as much as they need:
- Kajabi, which hosts this site, runs checkout, stores your account, and sends email.
- Payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal, which handle your payment.
- Google Workspace, which hosts my business email.
- Analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta, when used on the site. These may set their own cookies to measure visits and ad performance.
Anthropic and OpenAI are not on this list because I don't send them anything. You use them directly, under your own account with each company.
I'll also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Creative Authority or others. If the business is ever sold or transferred, your information would move with it under the same protections.
6. Email
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. If you unsubscribe, you'll still receive messages tied to something you bought, like receipts or access details.
7. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still load, but logging in, checkout, and your library may not work correctly without them.
8. How long I keep it
Account and purchase records are kept as long as your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterward. Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Support emails are kept as long as they're useful for helping you.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask me to show you the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" and I'll respond within 30 days. I may need to confirm it's really you before acting on the request.
Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what categories of information are collected and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. I honor those requests the same way.
10. Security
Your information is stored with established providers that use encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security, but I don't store more than the business needs.
11. Children
This site and its products are for working professionals. They're not directed to anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, I'll let customers know by email.
