CREATIVE AUTHORITY · FREE WORKSHEETS

Your AI can sound more like you.
Start by telling it who you are.

You know who you work best with, what matters to you, and how you talk to your clients. Your AI needs that context, too.

These two self-guided worksheets help you turn your answers into a mission statement, decision rules, and a reference for your voice.

Answer the questions. Copy your answers and the included prompt. Paste them into ChatGPT or Claude.

Free. Work at your own pace. No plugin to install.

Start with your own answers.

It cannot use context you have never given it.

Ask AI to write a client email and it can give you something polished. But does it reflect how you guide a client through a hard decision? Does it know when you would slow things down, explain a trade-off, or tell someone a home is not the right fit?

That is the work these worksheets help you do. Give your AI the thinking behind your words, along with examples of how you actually communicate.

First, how you work.
Then, how you sound.

01 · Mission Statement & Decision Rules

Work through the questions about your business and how you serve your clients. Copy your completed answers and the included prompt into your AI to create a draft of your mission statement and decision rules.

02 · Canonical Voice Reference

Complete the voice worksheet, then use its included prompt and your answers to create a reference for how you communicate. A canonical voice reference is a reusable guide that helps your AI write more like you.

You bring the answers.
The prompts help organize them.

  1. Make your own copies. After signing up, open the two Google Docs links and create a copy of each worksheet.
  2. Complete the first worksheet. Use specific examples and honest answers. Copy everything requested, including the prompt, into ChatGPT or Claude.
  3. Repeat with the voice worksheet. Answer its questions and paste your responses with its included prompt into your AI.
  4. Review and save your foundation. Correct anything that does not fit. Provide the finished references when you ask your AI to draft client emails, listing descriptions, or marketing copy.

Want someone to walk you through it?

The free worksheets let you do this on your own. Voice Foundation offers a guided interview that walks you through the questions inside your AI.

Either way, the work starts with your experience, your judgment, and your words.
