Iā€™m Matt Goldman ā€” a real estate agent, educator, and former hospitality professional who believes that judgment, creativity, and human connection still matter, especially as AI becomes more common.
I didnā€™t come into real estate through scripts or shortcuts. I came through hospitality, where service is an art form and trust is built through consistency, presence, and care. That background shaped how I advise clients, tell stories, and think about the work we do.
As AI tools have entered the industry, Iā€™ve seen both their promise and their risk. Used well, they remove friction and free up time. Used poorly, they flatten voice, erase individuality, and replace thinking with speed.
My work is focused on helping real estate professionals use AI without losing what makes them effective in the first place. That means teaching agents how to lead technology with standards, perspective, and authorship ā€” rather than outsourcing their voice to automation.
